„Am 2.1.24 habe ich mich bei der Suche nach 2 Sofas bei Multipolster umgesehen. Herr Gorgani hat mich
in aller Ruhe beraten und meine vielfältigen und speziellen Fragen beantwortet. Ich fotografierte das Modell Dante und Farbmuster, da ich das erst mit meinem Mann (gehbehindert) zu Hause besprechen musste. Am 3.1.24 hat mich Herr Gorgani noch einmal beraten, er hatte gute Ideen, die auch beim Kauf umgesetzt wurden. Ich würde mich gern wieder an Herr Gorgani als Verkäufer wenden.

„Wir haben heute eine Couchgarnitur gekauft (nicht zum ersten Mal) und sind ausgezeichnet von Herrn Frank
Kuhn bedient worden. Sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam, sehr kompetent. Wir hatten bestimmte Vorstellungen, und er hat mit Gefühl für passende Feinheiten dazu beigetragen, dass wir überzeugt sind, richtig gekauft zu haben. Noch müssen wir jedoch die Lieferfrist abwarten.

„I came to this nice shop with my wife and we have felt both unwelcome since begining.
We have been
asked since begining, if need anything, what is right on one side, but on the other side to being asked after 2 minuter of our entering and when I answeared, to be asked for the same thing once again in 2 second is.....uncomfortable - yes, we are really not stupid.
After that I was surpriced the employees are sitting in the couches and speaking together like in the bar, my wife even thougt, there are not employees but customors - no, we found out later, there were really only EMPLOYEES, what was actually funny to see 6 people sitting and chating and looking on us and laughing - it is not what we should expect a what should be as standard - here it is standard.
Finaly, when we chose our Sofa, nobody came to us, so I would like to make Foto(welcome to 21th. CENTURY), IMMEDIATELY came old fashion Lady to me, that I can't make this Foto. I explained her, we would like to take time for thinking at HOME(yes, I don't need any assitent for my decision) and I want to take and bring all details with myself.
Then became only a hassle between me and old fashion lady - just honestly, when I can't make any Foto, you should WRITE somewhere or put there SYMBOL with no fotoshooting and not disturb the people with very low arguments from your side, meanwhile YOUR CUSTOMER want to spend 4.000 EUR there !!

However, after consultation, the situation on site is somewhat different. You answered this question very clearly in the negative. Our team remembers your visit. On that day, there were only four furnishing advisors on site, the branch manager at the PC and another colleague in a consultation.
